| Does
filling in the QUOTE form mean I've made an order? |
| No,
you are just making an enquiry. It only becomes an
order if and when you are happy with the quote we
give you. |
| Do
I have to pay for my board before I get it? |
| No.
We only charge you the full amount once you have the
board and are 100% happy with it. We do however require
a deposit once the order has been made. This amount
varies from order to order but usually 20% of the total
price. |
| Are
you always cheaper than the UK shops? |
| We
can't guarantee you won't find a cheaper board, but
we can guarantee you the exact board you want and deliver
to direct to you. Generally we are cheaper as the boards
become more valuable. |
| Do
you also provide fins and other accessories? |
| Yes
we can provide whatever you want, it's a totally personal
service so you tell us what you want and we will do
our best to get it. |
| What
about shipping costs and airport pickups etc? |
| We
will take care of everything, to get the board
to your front door. |
| Why
don't I just contact the shapers in California myself
and save even more money? |
| No
reason why you shouldn't, but you will have to sort
out all importing costs, make sure the board is packaged
and shipped safely and then pick up the board yourself
from the airport. You are also not likely to get the
same deals from the shapers as we do as we buy in bulk
whenever possible. We also ship boards together to cut
shipping costs which help reduce our prices. Ultimately,
if you deal with us and anything goes wrong it's our
problem not yours! |
| Can
you get any board whatsoever? |
| That's
the aim - whatever board you want. We will also do our
best to get the board you want to your exact specifications
- and if we can't we will get a quote for the next closest
thing. |
| What
about boards in other countries such as Austrailia? |
| Our
main contacts are in California for obvious reasons,
but let us know what you're after and we'll do our best! |
| Are
all your boards made to order? |
| Not
necessarily, sometimes the shaper will have your perfect
board (or very near) in stock. If this is the case we
will give you a quote for both the stock board and a
shaped to order board. Obviously the stoick board would
be cheaper, how much depends on the board. Either way
we give you both prices for you to choose. |
